Videos showcasing our diversity

A series of videos to showcase the region’s vast array of residents was also launched at the summit.

Produced by Geagle Productions, the five short films are a new aspect of RDA Orana Regional Recruitment Marketing Support for Employers initiative.

They cover a cross section of the region’s lifestyle and employment options featuring people who moved for employment purposes or who have started
their own business. Particularly for those who have made the transition from another country, there is a range of backgrounds to illustrate diversity
and culture.

Towns visited included Cobar, Bourke, Nyngan, Warren, Coolah, Mudgee and Dubbo. The diversity of jobs included pharmacist, teacher, mining manager,
farmhand, lawyer, diesel mechanic and HR manager. The videos can be used as a marketing tool to help employers with recruitment opportunities.
