Muddy Waters in Brewarrina has transformed itself in order to remain open for loyal customers. Still selling their range of hot and cold drinks and delicious food, owner Belinda Colless said they are offering a range of takeaway dishes including salads, burgers, sandwiches and Turkish melts. For the sweet tooth, there are plenty of treats such as fruit salad, muffins and cakes.
In the coming days, there will be a few other changes including frozen dinners to take home, pub grub, pasta and a home delivery pizza service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
Ms Colless has also established a new phone number for customers to free call 1800 391 040 as she recommends phoning ahead with orders rather than crowding the café which has restricted access at the moment. The regular number 02 6839 2714 and her mobile 0428 281 678 are still operational. Ms Colless has owned Muddy Waters for 18 months after leasing it for 12 months prior and has worked hard on renovating and building the business, with a particular focus on maintaining staff and satisfaction through an ambient atmosphere and excellent food and service. She urged people to look after themselves and each other in this ever-changing world. Hours are currently 8 am to 2 pm which will be adjusted according to the new dinner menu.
